Supply of integrated photovoltaic roof panels for a large steel structure warehouse. The system combines roofing, insulation and solar power generation in one solution, helping the owner reduce daytime electricity costs and improve indoor temperature in a hot and humid climate.
PU insulated roof panels were installed on a new manufacturing workshop with crane beams and long spans. By using high-density PU cores and light-coloured coated steel, the project achieved good thermal insulation and reduced the cooling load of the production area.
SOMEI supplied PU/PIR cold room wall and ceiling panels for a frozen food storage facility. Panels with tongue-and-groove joints and gaskets were used to ensure air tightness and stable low temperature, together with matching flashings and door interfaces.
A logistics warehouse project adopted PU roof panels and insulated wall panels as the main building envelope. The combination provides good thermal insulation, a clean facade and fast installation, which helped the project achieve an earlier handover date.
